This option is perfect for clients who are building in new subdivisions or wanting a new swimming pool. Our plans can be submitted to regional councils where a landscape plan prepared by a Landscape Architect is required, and also with resource management applications.

Pricing

Landscape Consent Plans are priced from $500 - $1200 + GST depending on the scale of your project and any extra requirements you may need.

For those wanting more detail or for larger sections, this plan can be packaged up with our Landscape Concept Plans. The team can discuss with you the best option at your site meeting.
